Why I Write

I write because I like to talk and when I write it helps me not talk as much but I still talk a little bit.
I also write when I sit and have nothing else to do and sometimes I do it all the time even if I have something to do. I write because it helps me memorize the stuff better.

  1. Hi Galvin,
The reasons you write are truly honest. I especially like the reason you said you write because it helps control how much you talk. Unfortunately, I did not think of this when I was in middle school. Which got me in a lot of trouble with my parents and my teachers. Thank you!!!!

  2. Hi Gavin!
My name is Gretchen McPherson, and I am student in EDM 310 at the University of South Alabama in the USA. Boy, you like to use descriptive words in your writing, as guess what! That's what makes writing so interesting! You like to write, and I love to read! I especially love to read when things are described so well; the stabbing like knives is a great way to tell how cold the wind can be. Your language is rich, and you write well, with passion! Keep up the good work, and who knows? You might even decide to become writer one day. That would be grand!!
